Life saver! Went above and beyond what a normal realtor would do. I live 225 miles from the condo I had for sale. She went there and cleaned leaves out of my a/c area so I wouldn't get hit for a $50 fine by the HOA. She got a handyman to repaint for for wayyyy less than mine had quoted me. You absolutely cannot do any better. There may be a few realtors as good floating around somewhere, but none better.
